It is with great pleasure that the « Érablière du Lac-Beauport» invites you to discover a new recreation destination for your customers, a new way to experience the traditional Maple Sugar Time in Quebec.  The « Érablière du Lac-Beauport » is located on a beautiful woodland setting, only a few minutes from downtown Quebec City.

 

 

Respecting the warmth and colorful maple sugar shack tradition, the « Érablière du Lac-Beauport» has a bilingual staff who will gladly contribute to make a successful event of your visit, all year round.

 

The « Érablière du Lac-Beauport» has also created an absolutely unique Maple Museum, showing the evolution of the maple industry throughout the years, from it's early Amerindian origins up to now, thus, adding a cultural and educational dimension to a very pleasant visit.  Also the new Trapper Camp, it's a interpretation center about the fauna in Quebec.  Presented in a old charming shack with quality stuffed animals. Very interesting.

 

And comes the Sugar Time Feast, directly served on the table.
